Named in honor of Howard Gardner, the first soldier from Anderson County to fall in the Great War, our post stands as a living monument to continued service and remembrance.

Through decades of local transition, our members have gathered on Sycamore Street to support military families, mentor local youth, and maintain the watch for our fellow veterans.
